Brief of Scopes for PART A as belows:-
PHASE 1: Schematic Design
- Taking client’s instruction and formulating the brief.
- Preparing preliminary conceptual sketch layout proposals in the form of planar view with the dimensions, proposed placement of furniture and other major items of equipment.
- Developing the preliminary sketches of the proposals into sketch designs and general principles of conceptual images.
PHASE 2: Design Development
Design Development Phase – Part I
- Upon approval of the schematic design, preparing design development drawings and outline specification.
- Visualization of the interior of selected areas (spatial 3D views).
Design Development
Design Development Phase – Part II
- Continuation of design work on the concept; visualization of the interior of all rooms (spatial 3D views) illustrating the general principles of aesthetic solutions, materials, colors and lighting.
- Preparing proposals for material finishes, furniture and fittings.
PHASE 3: Contract Documentation
- Preparing and finalizing the working and detail drawings adequate for quotations or tender stage.
- Preparing all documents necessary for the appointed Quantity Surveyor to call for tender for the project (applicable if required).
- Recommending to the client the suitable tenderer(s) for the award of the project (applicable if required).
PHASE 4: Contract Management (Optional)
- Performing all the functions and duties of the Interior Designer under the terms and conditions of the interior works contract.

Providing information and issuing instructions to the contractor as required under the terms and conditions of the interior works contract.
- Inspecting the works at periodic interval so as to ensure that the works are being executed in general accordance with the interior works contract, design intent and specifications.
